Terms of Service

1. The service
QR Studio Pro ("the Service"), operated by Outbox Kreative ("we", "us"), provides QR code generation, dynamic link management, scan analytics, landing pages, and related tools at qr.outboxkreative.com. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity in your workspaces. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to link to or distribute content that is illegal, deceptive, malicious (including phishing or malware), or that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend or disable QR codes, links, pages, or accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice, to protect the people who scan your codes.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through PayPal on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Plan or from your PayPal account; cancellation stops future billing. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan limits are described on the pricing page and may evolve; we will not reduce the limits of your active plan mid-term.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you create with the Service — QR designs, landing pages, uploaded files, and data. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and serve that content to people who scan your codes or visit your pages.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Dynamic QR codes depend on the Service being reachable; static QR codes work independently of us. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, dynamic links and hosted pages stop resolving; you should export anything you need first.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
